Terms of Service

Last updated: September 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SentinelFeed (the "Service"). By purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SentinelFeed provides automated, AI-assisted vulnerability intelligence on business days. Depending on your plan, delivery may include an audio briefing and structured vulnerability data. Analysis is based on public sources including the U.S. National Vulnerability Database (NVD), the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities catalog and FIRST's Exploit Prediction Scoring System. The Service is informational and is intended to help technical teams prioritize their own review.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Security Services

SentinelFeed is not vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, incident response, legal advice or a managed security service. It does not scan, monitor or access your infrastructure. Automated and AI-assisted content may contain errors, omissions or delays. You must independently verify information against official records and relevant vendor advisories before acting.

3. Plans and Delivery

Plan features, recipient limits, delivery method, billing interval and price are shown on the pricing page. Team recipient setup and Enterprise HTTPS endpoint setup require onboarding information from you. Delivery can be delayed by unavailable upstream sources, email providers, hosting services or other technical failures. We may make reasonable changes to the Service while preserving the material value of an active plan.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in U.S. dollars and renew automatically until cancelled. Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for purchases made through the Service. Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, invoices, receipts and billing communications. The checkout displays the final amount, including applicable taxes, before purchase. A free trial applies only when its duration and conversion terms are expressly shown in the Paddle checkout.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel through the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting support@getsentinelfeed.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for your own professional or internal business purposes within the limits of your plan. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape or republish the briefings or data as a competing product; share access beyond the recipient allowance; interfere with the Service; or use it unlawfully. You remain responsible for securing any endpoint or mailbox you provide.

7. Intellectual Property

SentinelFeed's branding, presentation and original analysis are owned by the operator or used under license. Public-source vulnerability records remain subject to their respective source terms. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service during the active subscription period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including security incidents, data breaches or business losses arising from reliance on the Service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the month immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable in your place of residence. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised update date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
